I need to get a camera or a memory card for my phone so i wont have any photos up yet.
9am slice of whole grain toast, beef slices, and a small bowl of lettuce.
11am 1 whole grain toast, 1 egg and an egg white, protein whey.
4pm some kind of croissant kind of thing... it was soo good.. but that was sooo bad...
5pm brown rice, eggplant, beef, and a steak.
8pm big spoonful of cottage cheese, some all natural peanut butter with the nuts inside, and some splenda
